You can set your search restrictions by going to the “Settings” section and selecting “Search Restrictions” in Edit Mode.

Start by selecting the county or counties that cover your area. If you only want to restrict your search area to those specific counties, you are done! Just make sure you hit the “Save Settings” button at the bottom of your page.

You can also further restrict your search page to individual cities or areas.
After selecting your counties, a list of all the cities/areas in those counties shows on the right. The cities are listed in alphabetical order and grouped by county. Example: If you selected “Sacramento County” and “Yolo County” on the left, your list on the right will start with the label “Sacramento County” and then show all cities in Sacramento County. Underneath that will be another label for “Yolo County” followed by all of its cities. Simply select the cities/areas you wish to display in each county and then click the “Save Settings” button at the bottom of the page. Your search pages will now only display MLS listings in those designated areas.
