There are multiple options to email agent notifications of important events such as website registrations, saved searches & listings, contact form submissions and more. In addition, system messages will be sent via email when appropriate.



You can set your email notification preferences by going to Admin Menu » Settings » Email Notifications.



Remember to click the Save Settings button to confirm your changes.


Email Notification Settings

Email notifications are triggered by events from your website. Following are the events choices.


Send an email when:

Check the items that you would like to receive notifications for. Uncheck items to discontinue receiving notifications.

  • A new client registers.
    Whenever a client registers you will receive immediate notification.

  • A client saves a search.
    Whenever a visitor saves a search an email is sent with the search information and contact details

  • A client turns on HouseTrack for one of their saved searches.
    When a client signs up for HouseTrack automated email updates a notification will be sent with the search criteria and contact details (This is available only to registered visitors)

  • A client saves a listing.
    If a visitor saves a listing, details of the listing and contact information will be emailed. (This is available only to registered visitors)


Set Email Address(es)

You can set up to three email address for notifications and reports.

  • Enter the email address(es) in the “Send all emails and reports to this email address” field.

  • Separate multiple email address by a comma.

  • Example: john@sample.com,sue@sample.com,mark@sample.com


Email Reports

You can receive email reports daily or weekly. Reports are automatically emailed and report client activity.


Select which reports to receive and the frequency by checking or un-checking each item.


Send client activity reports

Activity Reports show client activity for the period. The report includes client registrations, saved searches & listings, HouseTrack signup’s and more.

  • Check Send client activity reports and select Daily or Weekly.

  • Uncheck the selection to discontinue receiving the reports.


Send a summary report of your clients’ HouseTrack emails.

HouseTrack Emails are automated listing email updates which are sent to your clients upon request. The summary report provides client contact information and summary details about the HouseTracks sent.

  • Check Send a summary report of your clients’ HouseTrack emails. and select Daily or Weekly.

  • Uncheck the selection to discontinue receiving the reports.


Send you a copy of every HouseTrack email sent to your clients.

Receive copies of all HouseTrack emails sent to customers.

  • Check Send you a copy of every HouseTrack email sent to your clients. to receive updates.

  • Uncheck the selection to discontinue receiving the reports.
