What Are Agent Links?
IDXPro Office includes additional MLS search pages which can be
branded for individual agents. Each additional MLS search page can be
branded with an agent photo, logo, contact information and contact
email.
Leads generated from an AgentLink page will be sent directly to the
agent in addition to the primary office account. All AgentLink accounts
include our LeadTracker client management system.
Adding New Agent Links
You can add or edit AgentLinks by going to Admin Menu » AgentLinks.
- From the AgentLinks page select the “Add New AgentLink” button.
- Provide the requested contact information. This will be used to brand the AgentLink site with the agents information.
- Select the Email Notification preferences and provide the contact email address. Notifications will be sent to the email address provided.
- Select the Reports preferences and HouseTracks expiration time period.
- For Search Restrictions, check the “Use the same Counties/Cities as
the office account” to use the same geographic restrictions set by the
main office account.
Un-check the box to set search restrictions specific for this agent link. - To complete your updates click the “Save” button.
Editing & Deleting Agent Links
You can edit AgentLinks by going to Admin Menu » AgentLinks
Editing An Existing Agent Link
- From the AgentLinks page click the name of the agent you want to edit.
- Updates to an AgentLink account are the same as adding a new agent.
See “Adding New Agent Links” above for a description of options. - To complete your updates click the “Save” button.
Deleting An Agent Link
- From the AgentLinks page click the Delete link to the right of the agent you want to remove.
- Important: Deleting an AgentLink will remove the AgentLink Site and all contacts in the LeadTracker database
- After clicking Delete, confirm your choice by selecting Yes, Delete or select No, Cancel to cancel the deletion.
