The LeadTracker section of your IDXPro admin menu is the one place where you can track all the activity of anyone who has registered on your IDXPro search page. You can see number of visits, which listings were viewed, who has saved searches, who has started HouseTrack automatic email notifications, and more!

The main functions of the LeadTracker section are as follows:

View/Edit Clients – The first screen you are shown in the LeadTracker tab is a table of your clients, which you are able to sort by several different categories. You can view each of the client’s details from this page as well.

Client Activity Report – This report shows a summary of the activity of the registered visitors on your IDXPro search page. You can see when each client’s sign up date was, when his last visit was, how many visits he’s made, how much time he’s spent on your IDXPro page, and how many listings he’s viewed. You can also tell if the client has HouseTrack automatic email notifications set up and if so, whether or not he’s clicked on any of the properties in the emails. This report gives a great rundown on who’s active and what they’re searching for. You can view more detail on any client’s activity, or more detail on any given client from this report.

Saved Searches – Any visitor who registers on your IDXPro search page with his name and email address (phone number optional), can save any of the searches he conducts so that he can come back to review the results at a later time. This is a great way to identify the type of listing a potential client is searching for. You can view all your clients’ saved searches in the LeadTracker tab of your IDXPro admin menu.

Saved Listings – Any visitor who registers on your IDXPro search page with his name and email address (phone number optional), can save any of the listings he’s viewed so that he can come back and look at them later. This is a great way to identify any specific listing that a potential client is interested in. You can even surprise them and suggest they view this listing based on the searches they’ve conducted.
